Privacy: The Radical Idea That Tools Should Mind Their Own Business

Somewhere along the way, every SaaS decided it needed analytics, session replays, heatmaps, and enough tracking to qualify as a part-time detective. Maybe some tools need that. Here's a wild thought though: a feature flag management platform should... manage feature flags. That's it. Feature flags are infrastructure. They're plumbing. Nobody expects their water pipes to report which brand of toothpaste they use.

No Analytics

We don't collect marketing metrics about your users. No analytics SDKs. No behavioral profiles. No anonymous identifiers that somehow know everything anyway. Need analytics? Great. Use an analytics platform. There are plenty of good ones. They exist because that's their job.

No Session Replays

Session replay tools have legitimate uses. But they can also capture a shocking amount of information if you're not careful. So we skipped the whole thing. No accidentally collecting something you'd rather never have collected in the first place. In this case, we think less is more.

Less Data, Less Risk

Every piece of user data you collect becomes something you have to protect, explain, audit, and eventually delete. Or forget to delete. Or discover in a backup from three years ago. Our approach is simpler: don't collect it in the first place. A feature flag platform should stay in its lane. We built one that does.

You bring the flags. We'll manage them. Your users can keep their business to themselves.
